​The best decision I know I've made for not only myself but also my family is starting to not only work on myself but also just improving my mental health and my wellbeing overall in order to be able to continue doing what's best for my kids. Due to my mental health declining over the years and even as a child made me feel there was no one to help me understand my mental health and or how to properly care for myself after my negative experiences that has happened to me in my life. I started repairing myself by stepping out of my comfort zone and starting a new healthier life by pushing myself to do more things that I have never done and also by distancing myself from those who has only brought negativity into my life. My business means everything to me, and I look forward to adding more into my business and spreading more mental awareness. Don't be afraid to ever step out of your comfort zone and doing what's best to elevate yourself.
